Is Shopiza really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is not a trial: 500 products, unlimited orders and every feature, for $0, no credit card needed. We only make money when your store grows enough to need a bigger plan.
Does Shopiza take a cut of my sales?
No. Shopiza charges 0% commission on every plan, including Free. The only per-sale cost is your payment provider’s own processing fee (for example Stripe’s), which goes to them, not to us.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. No setup fee, no listing fees, no per-sale commission from Shopiza. Paid plans are the only thing we ever charge for, and you choose those yourself.
Do I need hosting or to install anything?
No. Shopiza is fully hosted: your storefront, checkout and admin run on our servers in Europe with automatic HTTPS. Nothing to install, update or back up yourself.
How long does it take to set up my store?
Most stores are ready the same day. Create your account, add products by hand or via CSV, pick your colors and share your link. Your own domain and payments can be connected whenever you’re ready.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Connect yourstore.com and Shopiza sets up the hosting and a free HTTPS certificate automatically, renewals included.
Can I move my shop from WooCommerce or Shopify?
Yes. Export your products there and bring them over with the built-in CSV import. Names, prices, stock, categories and images come along.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Card payments through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, plus manual methods you control, like cash on delivery and bank transfer.
Which marketing tools are included?
All of them, on every plan: abandoned-cart recovery, email campaigns and automated flows, coupons, gift cards, volume pricing, sale prices, banners, pop-ups, product badges, reviews, wishlists, newsletter sign-up, free-shipping thresholds, tracking pixels and SEO tools.
Can I sell internationally?
Yes. Your storefront speaks 25 languages, shows prices in the visitor’s currency at live rates, and you define shipping zones and rates per country.
Does Shopiza handle EU VAT?
Yes. Checkout applies the right VAT rate per country automatically, and One-Stop-Shop (OSS) reporting for cross-border sales is built in.
Does Shopiza help with GDPR?
Yes. Cookie consent, customer data export and deletion, and a legal pages generator are all built in, so your shop starts with the right tooling in place.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. You can run multiple shops from one account and switch between them in the admin. How many depends on your plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 10 on Max.
Can I cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, right from your admin. Downgrading never deletes your products or your data.
Can I chat with visitors on my store?
Yes. Switch on Live chat in your settings and a chat button appears in your store. Messages land in Chat in your admin, and if you are away, the visitor can leave an email so you can follow up. It stays off until you turn it on, because an unanswered chat is worse than none.
Can I talk to a real person if I get stuck?
Yes. There is a chat button in your admin that reaches us directly, on every plan, including Free. If we cannot answer right away, we tell you and get back to you by email.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one, honestly. Free stores show a low-key “Powered by Shopiza” badge and have capacity limits. That’s it: every feature stays unlocked, and we still take 0% of your sales.
